RMWEA History

RMWEA was founded in 1936 as the Rocky Mountain Sewage Works Association, and since that time has provided its members with the most current information on water quality issues, technology, regulatory changes, and the latest research developments.

  • Submit to José Velazquez at jose.velazquez@ae2s.com or jose@malovela.com
  • Photos will be selected in early November
  • Email submittals should include 2023 RMWEA Photos in the title line

Photo Requirements:

  • Photos must carry a .jpg or .tiff file extension and be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch)
  • File size cannot exceed 8 MB

RMWEA reserves the right for final photo selection, and the right to publish the photos in the 2024 or 2025 calendar or the RMWEA website. Photos will be judged by a panel of RMWEA members and may be rejected due to technical and/or space considerations.

Call for Improvements:

We have published the hard-copy calendar for over 10 years and so this year, we are looking for fresh ideas. For example, we may create a photo page on the website instead of the paper calendar. Please give us your ideas along with your photographs.

Calendar Sponsorships:

Sponsorships are also available! More information on that to follow.

If you would like to submit and sponsor, please contact José Velazquez with questions.
