Educational Grants and Opportunities

RMWEA offers support to operators and students pursuing a professional career in the water quality field by awarding grants on an annual basis.

The awards are based on academic performance and demonstrated interest in environmental protection. The aim of the grant is to encourage and provide incentive for capable and motivated individuals to pursue or continue their studies in the advancement of water environment protection and to enhance and promote the quality of their performance as environmental professionals.

Each RMWEA grant is for $2500 and is awarded yearly. Award recipients also receive a complimentary RMWEA membership and are invited to attend the Annual Rocky Mountain Water Conference.
