Electronic Newsletter & Website Requests
The Electronic Newsletter is sent out bi-monthly and contains news, training announcements, and other RMWEA highlights. Committee members can also request updates to the RMWEA website.
Newsletter Submissions
To submit information to be featured in the Newsletter:
- Complete the Electronic Newsletter Submission Form
- One week’s notice is required for regular announcements
- Frequently Asked Questions
Urgent Requests
Urgent requests, such as event cancellations, last-minute changes to event details, large events like the Annual Conference, or other special circumstances, can be sent as a stand-alone electronic announcement any day of the week.

Third-Party Announcements
If you’re a Third-Party and would like to advertise an event:
- Complete the Shared Communication Form
- Two weeks’ notice is required
- All requests must be approved and processed by the RMWEA President prior to inclusion in the newsletter
