• When registering for seminars, conferences, etc. with a credit card, please be sure to include the following information:
  
  * Type of credit card used (i.e., MC, VISA, Discover).
  * Account number on credit card..
  * Expiration date on credit card.
  * Amount being charged.
  * Cardholder's address, including zip code.
  * Cardholder's phone number.
  * Signature (if a registration form is used).
  * Receipt for credit card transaction (yes or no).

• Contact the Treasurer to obtain information on New Mexico and Wyoming tax exempt certificate numbers.

• Use the form below for requesting reimbursement for RMWEA expenses

• RMWEA seminar coordinators are reminded to please utilize the organization's tax exempt numbers where it is appropriate to do so, and to forward all seminar income and invoices to the Treasurer in a timely manner.
