Promote quality laboratory operations among all
concerned with and responsible for the administration and management
of water and wastewater treatment programs throughout RMSAWWA and
RMWEA.

Promote laboratory analyses and operations
training opportunities for RMSAWWA and RMWEA members.

Provide technical assistance to RMSAWWA and RMWEA
member laboratory and operations personnel.

Promote water and wastewater laboratory
certification training activities throughout RMSAWWA and RMWEA.

Work closely with regulatory personnel and
agencies that will be involved in the certification and compliance
of water and wastewater laboratories.

Contribute articles to Rumbles.
