WateReuse Colorado is Accepting Applications for the 2017 Student Scholarship Program Through May 31, 2017
WateReuse Colorado will award up to two (2) scholarships in 2017 – the Martha Hahn Memorial Scholarship and a WateReuse Colorado Scholarship. The Martha Hahn Memorial Scholarship is named in honor Martha Hahn, a long-time advocate and supporter of water reuse in Colorado. Scholarships are one thousand five hundred ($1,500) each and are for education related expenses. Scholarships will be awarded to the highest ranking applicants among undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in an accredited Colorado university, as determined by the WateReuse Colorado scholarship committee. The purpose of the scholarships is to support students with a focus on water reuse, water reclamation, and/or desalination. The scholarships will be awarded in September 2017. Previous recipients of this scholarship are not eligible. The application form is located here
WateReuse Colorado is Accepting Nominations for the 2017 Awards Program Through May 26, 2017
WateReuse Colorado is now accepting nominations for the 2017 awards program! As part of the mission of WateReuse Colorado to support and advance water reuse, we are excited to recognize individuals and organizations who have demonstrated leadership in the field of water reuse. All nominations will be submitted to the national WateReuse Association for consideration of their annual awards program and national winners are encouraged to attend the Annual WateReuse Symposium to be held this September in Phoenix. 2014 Water Reuse Workshop Presentations Available
The Rocky Mountain Water Environment Association (RMWEA)/Rocky Mountain Section of the American Water Works Association (RMSAWWA) Joint Water Reuse Committee and the Colorado section of the WateReuse Association (WRCO) sponsored the 2014 Rocky Mountain Water Reuse Workshop in August 2014. This Workshop was devoted to sustaining water supplies through water reuse in Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming. The workshop presentations are linked here as pdf files.
