For the ninth consecutive year, a Colorado governor has signed a proclamation declaring the third week of April to be "Wastewater Worker Recognition Week."  Governor Bill Ritter Jr. set aside the week of April 18-24 for wastewater workers.  To see the proclamation (or download a copy), please go to the MWRD website.
